Category: Brand:

Universal Trim: Stem 13Cr, wedge clad with CA 15 or 13Cr, and seat clad with CoCr alloy (API Trim 8), suitable for applications up to 850°F (454°C). The seating surface is hard-faced with CoCr alloy, precision-ground, and mirror-polished.

Flexible Wedge: Features a low center-of-contact stem-to-wedge design, made of solid CA15 (13Cr) or clad with 13Cr, SS 316, Monel, or CoCr. The wedge is ground, polished, and tightly guided to prevent dragging and seat damage. A CF8M wedge with CoCr hard-facing is also available.

Non-Rotating Stem: Precision ACME threads with polished finish. Double ACME for faster operation.

Body & Bonnet: Machined accurately. Precision-cast body and bonnet. Single-piece bonnet for better alignment and fewer parts (Class 150 to NPS 16 / DN 400).

Flanges:

  • ASME Class 150–300: 1⁄16″ raised face

  • ASME Class 600–1500: ¼” raised face

  • Finish: 125–250 AARH for all gate valve API 600.

Rotating Stem Nut: Renewable austenitic ductile iron Gr. D-2C (as indicated).

Handwheel Thrust Bearings:

  • ASME 150–300: NPS 10–12 (DN 250–300) – 1 bearing (top)
    NPS 14 (DN 350) & above – 2 bearings

  • ASME 600–1500: NPS 6 (DN 150) & above – 2 bearings
