The requirement
JOB Pertamina–Medco E&P Tomori Sulawesi needed a dependable supplier of high-quality valves from established manufacturers for the Senoro Central Processing Plant. As a critical gas processing facility, CPP Senoro requires valves that meet strict oil and gas standards for pressure rating, material, and safety, supported by complete documentation and certification. Delivery also had to be well coordinated to reach the site on schedule and in line with the facility's HSE and receiving procedures.
How we delivered
PT Mitra Galperti reviewed the client's technical specifications in detail and supplied valves from two trusted brands, GLT and Bonney Forge, selected to match the required size, pressure class, materials, and applicable standards. Bonney Forge is widely recognized in the oil and gas industry for its forged steel valves, while GLT complemented the scope to cover the client's full requirement. We managed the full process from procurement to delivery, including quality checks and preparation of supporting documents such as mill test certificates, material certificates, and test reports. Our team coordinated closely with the client's procurement and site personnel and arranged logistics to the Senoro site, ensuring every valve arrived on time, in good condition, and ready for installation.
