The requirement
Pacific Process Engineering was carrying out the relocation, reconditioning, and revamping of a 40 MMSCFD LPG plant in Cilamaya, West Java, and needed a reliable supplier of motorized valves for the upgraded facility. As automated isolation and control points in an LPG processing system, the valves had to meet strict requirements for pressure rating, materials, actuator performance, and hazardous-area suitability, supported by complete documentation and certification. Delivery had to align with the project schedule so the revamped plant could return to operation on time.
