Comprehensive valve testing
SKB Flow combines its pressure testing capabilities with full modification and manufacturing facilities to offer a complete valve testing service — covering OEMs, contractors, end users, and other manufacturers across Indonesia and the region.
Temperature range & valve types
Testing is performed across an extreme temperature range to serve cryogenic, ambient, and high-temperature applications:
- Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly, and Check Valves for cryogenic service down to −196°C
- Elevated temperature testing up to +400°C
- Strainers, filters, safety relief valves, pressure regulators, and solenoid valves
- Prototype testing of finished products and individual components for product development
- Performance and endurance testing for qualification programmes
Pressure testing facilities
| Test type | Max pressure | Test media |
|---|---|---|
| Pneumatic (high pressure) | 345 barg (5,000 psi) | N₂, He, N₂/He mixtures |
| Hydrostatic | 750 barg (11,000 psi) | Water / process fluid |
| Fugitive emissions | Per specification | Helium / methane |
Test standards & specifications
- BS EN 1626, BS 6364 — Cryogenic valve testing
- BS EN 12266, API 598, API 6D — Hydrostatic & pneumatic production testing
